Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient is not completely satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund. Please call us toll free at 1-(866)-324-7916 or (718)-874-2076 for a return ID number.

If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: We have negotiated exceptional shipping rates with Federal Express who is our preferred carrier. Standard deliveries arrive within 6 business days and rates are as follow: any item up to $30.00 is $8.00 per delivery, items $31.00 to $100.00 are $12.00 per delivery and every other item from $101.00 and up is $15.00 per delivery for standard delivery. If you would like your item shipped within 2 business days the cost would be standard shipping and handling along with an additional $12.00. If you would like your item shipped standard Overnight Delivery for delivery the next business day your order must be placed by 11:45am pacific standard time that day for an additional $22.00. There will be an additional $37.00 added to the standard shipping charge on any item requested for Saturday delivery.
Q: Do you offer shipping Insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!
Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO-FPO boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to your friends in Hawaii and Alaska. Please add $22.00 to the listed shipping price.
Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Yes you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form so that your basket arrives with your personalized gift card.
Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
A: Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for your guaranteed delivery. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Q: When is the last day I can place an order for Mother's Day delivery?
A: All orders that are received and confirmed by noon PST April 30, 2004 are guaranteed to arrive by Mother's Day with standard shipping charges. All orders received and confirmed after this date but prior to 11:45am PST, May 5, 2004 will still arrive by Mother's Day by selecting 2-day Delivery, with an additional shipping charge or $12.00 per package (in addition to S&H). Orders received and confirmed after May 5 2004 but prior to 11:45 am PST, May 6 will still arrive by Mother's Day by selecting Standard Overnight, with an additional shipping charge of $22.00 per package (in addition to standard S&H)
Q: Why are you limited on the states you can ship wine to?
A: Due to local ordinances, we are not allowed to ship wine to certain states (see below).

A: Due to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the following states; AK, CA, CO, DC, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MO, NE, NM, ND, OR, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available Monday thru Sunday - 24 hours a day.
Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6-9 months.
Q: Are the bottles of wine the size of a regular bottle of wine seen in stores?
A: Yes - all baskets containing wine are standard 750ml bottles.
Q: What forms of payment does BestPriceGiftBasket.Com accept?
A: We accept visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. We also accept personal checks and money orders.
Q: What if I give the incorrect mailing address?
A: There will be a $12.00 re-routing fee if we are given the wrong address for delivery.
Q: Do you deliver Gift Baskets Internationally?
A: No, we do not deliver Gift Baskets internationally; including Canada. Check our shipping policies for Hawaii and Alaska.
Q: Will I get an order confirmation?
A: If you have provided us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation the day you placed your order. Your tracking number will follow closer to the actual date of shipping, usually the evening the package is shipped.
Q: Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
A: If you order has not been released to the supplier we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE THE DAY OF SHIPPING THE DELIVERY. During floral holidays we need to receive all changes or cancellations AT LEAST five business days prior to the delivery date. For inquiries regarding changes of cancellations we suggest sending an email or contacting our customer service department by calling 1-718-874-2640
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: We are not able to process special requests. Please visit our online catalogue to view our available products.
Q: What Credit Card types are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Q: Can I send flowers anonymously?
A: We prefer that all orders have a signature on the personalized message, although it is ultimately your decision. If a recipient contracts our customer service department questioning the sender of the flowers, we are unable to reveal any sender information due to our privacy policy.

      Shipping/Delivery
 
Q: What information should be included when placing an order going to a hospital or large office complex?
A: Please include the following information: RECIPIENTS FIRST AND LAST NAME, FULL STREET ADDRESS, FLOOR NUMBER AND ROOM OR SUITE NUMBER. We strongly suggest contacting the Company or Hospital to find out the policy on deliveries. For example, most courier deliveries are required to go to the shipping and receiving as the courier does not have permission to deliver directly to the recipient. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently do not deliver internationally. If you would like flowers delivered internationally, we suggest contacting a local florist who provides international service.
Q: Do you deliver to Apartment Buildings?
A: Yes. When placing your order, be sure the apartment number is included in the address. Any omissions or errors may delay delivery a minimum of one additional business day. As most apartment building are secure, the delivery person will have to buzz the proper apartment to notify the recipient there is a delivery. The delivery policy to apartment buildings in general is that there must be someone at the apartment to complete the delivery.
Q: What type of guarantee do you offer?
A: All of our Fresh Flower Arrangements and Bouquets are unconditionally guaranteed to arrive fresh and beautiful on your selected delivery date every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information.
Q: Once the flowers are delivered how long should they last?
A: With the proper care, your flowers should last from 5-10 days, depending on the variety and the care they are given. Different varieties and colors have varied longevity.
Q: Can I have the flowers delivered on a Sunday or Monday?
A: To ensure a high quality product, we do not utilize a two-day delivery service. Therefore we cannot service Sunday or Monday arrivals. We can service Tuesday to Saturday deliveries.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We ship Tuesday thru Friday for $11.95 per delivery, for Saturday delivery the charge will be $15.45 Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska destinations will be $21.95 Tuesday thru Friday and $25.95 on Saturday.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Since our flowers are cut fresh and sent from grower, there are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. Orders are only delivered Tuesday through Saturday.

Since orders are delivered via overnight courier service, please be advised that any orders being sent to a corporate institution (office building, hospital ect.) may be delivered to the shipping and Receiving Department. This is usually mandatory due to security reasons. We recommend contacting the facility prior to ordering to find out their policy on receiving orders via courier.

The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Office Boxes or Rural Routes.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.
